MVL can be copied and distributed ‘as is’ without restrictions. It is provided with no warranties as to hardware/software compatibility, performance or fitness for purpose. Users are invited to notify errors or unexpected behaviors to the MVL Team .

MVL is registered software. It may not be reverse engineered, disassembled, decompiled or combined with other software.

After unzipping the downloaded file (mvl.zip, containing mvl.exe and some example .mvl files), users can place the .mvl files in a given directory and copies of mvl.exe in as many directories as they like. Associating the .mvl  extension with one of the latter allows to run .mvl files directly from Explorer.

Note: do not rename mvl.exe; renamed copies will not run
